The booking is confirmed when the payment is received. So if no fee has been paid, there will be no service to cancel.

If you have paid for anaesthetic services and cancel your booking with more than 48 hours notice, you will receive 100% of your money back.

If you have paid for anaesthetic services and cancel your booking with 24 – 48 hours until surgery, you will receive 50% of your money back.

If you cancel your surgery with less than 24 hours notice, you will not receive any refund. This is due to the commitment of resources which cannot be reallocated at short notice.
